If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return, refund, or replacement policy, including returns for change of mind, under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You are eligible to request a return, refund, or replacement within 14 days from the date of delivery, for the following reasons:
- Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will accept the return and arrange a replacement or refund. - Incorrect Product:
If you receive a completely different item from what was shown or ordered on our website, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. - Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind, you may still return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product meets our return conditions.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories. - Product Condition:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when delivered.
Products showing signs of use, assembly, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective. - Replacements:
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be dispatched to your original delivery address once the returned product has been received and verified.
Replacement shipping will be provided at no additional cost.
5. Exclusions

Any furniture built or customised to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded. - Non-Defective Items:
