Simply select your desired wardrobe, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Payments
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We’re introducing Card and Bank Transfer options soon.
Yes, absolutely! You only pay once the product arrives safely at your home.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition received.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Assembly & Installation
Most of our wardrobes are flat-packed for safe transport. They come with detailed assembly instructions for easy self-setup.
Yes, in select areas we offer professional assembly for an additional charge. Please contact support@buywardrobes.co.uk for availability and pricing.
On average, assembly takes 30–60 minutes depending on wardrobe size and model.
Warranty & Product Quality
Yes! All products come with a standard 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or incorrect assembly is not covered under warranty.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Pre-Orders & Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you can request to be notified once it’s back in stock or place a pre-order (where available).
Pre-orders usually take 10–20 working days, depending on supplier timelines.
